Pvc granulation machine, the screw uses cycling oil for cooling. The constant temperature keeps the pellets material stable. The barrel also has oil cooling system which keep constant temperature.
PVC granulation machine adopts two stage air cooling system. It provides enough cooling time for pellets to come down
The granulation machine has different types of cutting system. It includes water cooling noodle cutting, air cooling noodle cutting, underwater cutting system, die face cutting with air cooling, die face cutting with water cooling, water flush cutting system. Every cutting system is applied to different material. Different material, different formulation can choose different one or two pelleting ways.
