Shredding machine can process fabric, cloth, wood timber, wood pallet, plastic pallet, lumber, cans, lumps, jumbo bags, woven bags. 1.Plastic shredder machine is used in shredding film, lumps, woven bags, bottle, pipe, paper, wood, various kinds of hollow or solid plastic material.

3.For the plastic shredder machine, the blade is made from SKD material. It can process 800tons material normally.
The blade seat is fixed by screw on the shaft; so it is easy replacement; the blade is also fixed by screw on the blade seat.
When it is jammed and/or over current, the shaft has auto reverse function.
For the shaft, it is concrete one. Rotation speed:80RPM, auto reverse when over current and/or jammed.

Pulley bell is integrate one with euro stand. It fasts the shaft more tightly.
Gearbox is installed on a seat, which is connected to a shock absorber. When process hard material, it soften the anti shock force, it will protect the gear, bearing and make the gearbox long working life.
Shredder shaft roller is processed by CNC milling machine and heat annealing treatment. Make the iron substance more concrete and more rigid.
Shredder machine has hydraulic station. It provides pressure sensor to make rotator stop, running, auto reverse.
