The daily maintenance of the plastic granulator refers to the maintenance and inspection of the plastic granulator by the operators of each production team during the normal production of the plastic granulator. For example, after the shift, add lubricating oil to the equipment, tighten loose nuts, wipe off the oil on the equipment, etc. These tasks are also part of the operating procedures of the plastic pelletizer, and the operators of the plastic pelletizer carefully implement the operating procedures. Operation in accordance with the requirements of the production operation sequence is one of the contents of good maintenance of the equipment.

① Regularly check the quality of the raw materials used, and do not allow some foreign materials such as particles and metal powders to enter the machine.

② Regularly check the lubrication parts, add lubricating oil, and the temperature rise of the bearing parts should not exceed 50℃ during operation.

③The machine has enough heating and constant temperature time, and the raw materials are not allowed to start production below the process temperature.

④ When the screw is working, it should be started at a low speed, working for a period of time, and then lift off the screw speed after everything is normal.

⑤ When there is no raw material in the cylinder, the screw shall not be idling for a long time, and the idling time of the screw shall not exceed 2-3min.

⑥ Frequently observe the swing changes of the pointer of the screw drive motor ammeter. If the motor is overloaded for a long time (instant overload is allowed), it should be stopped immediately. Find out the cause of the failure and continue production after troubleshooting.

⑦ After the barrel is heated to the process temperature, the fixing bolts connecting the barrel to the base should be tightened once.

⑧ When installing the mold and screw, the contact surface of the parts should be clean and free of foreign matter. The fastening bolts should be coated with a layer of silicone oil to facilitate the disassembly of the parts. When disassembling, it is not allowed to hit the surface of the part with a heavy hammer. If necessary, pad hardwood and hit the part with hardwood.
